We also understand the private market, having worked in the private security and investigative sector for nearly twenty years. Our clients and employees are our primary concerns, as without one, you cannot have the other. We will certainly do our very best to make sure that you, as our client, feel this through our attentiveness and actions on your behalf.

For Your Protection

Phoenix Investigators are fully licensed and insured well above industry standard. Our investigators also maintain all annual courses on continued education to be sure we are operating within the scope of all current laws, as they do change from time to time. Phoenix Investigators also ensure that our clients fully understand the process, our rates and what should be expected prior to beginning work for any client. This is accomplished through our INVESTIGATIVE SERVICE AGREEMENT, as well as a personal conversation about your matter. The agreement is mandated by our regulatory agency, SLED (State Police), and is required in all but very few circumstances. One is if you waive your rights to a service agreement. Any investigator suggesting this route should be very closely examined, as it opens the door for you to be scammed. Approved service agreements should outline exactly what the investigator is going to do for you, specifies what your goal in the case would be, and how much you will be charged for the time and resources expended. These matters are usually what most people consider to be somewhat expensive, so operating without a service agreement is a very risky move on the client's part.

You can take a look at ours below, and if you have already spoken with an investigator in our office, feel free to fill it out right here. Saves quite a bit of time. Whether or not you use our agency, we wish you the best of luck in whatever situation you are currently going through.
